AS-MSK-T-13: Benchtop Cutter for Lithium Battery Reference Electrodes

MSK-T-13 is a benchtop motorized ring cutter to punch Ø26×Ø19 mm lithium rings. The as-cut lithium rings is compatible with a three-electrode split test cell as a reference electrode. Thanks to its modular design, it can also punch a Ø15×Ø8 mm ring of cathode materials for a 3-electrode split coin cell via an optional die.

Addressing the pain point of hydraulic oil leakage: By adopting electric pressure control, it fundamentally avoids the oil leakage problem that may occur when traditional hydraulic equipment is used in glove boxes, ensuring a clean and safe environment inside the box.

Suitable for glove box operation: The device is compact in size (270 * 130 * 300mm) and weighs 12KG, making it easy to pass through the transition compartment of the glove box. It can be operated directly in an inert gas protected environment.

Flexible and customizable molds: Supports various cutting molds such as circular, square, and circular, and the mold size can be customized. A single template can also arrange multiple sets of small-sized molds to achieve simultaneous cutting of multiple samples; The standard size of the template is 83 * 60mm, and all molds are designed within this size range to meet the cutting requirements of different experimental samples.

Safe and convenient operation: Equipped with a 24V DC deceleration motor (with a power of 15W) and a 110-240V AC wide voltage input (50/60Hz), no additional certification is required for operation, ensuring high safety; The device is designed for integration and can be used simply by connecting the power supply.
