AS-MSK-500 semi-automatic grooving machine is designed for precision processing of cylindrical battery shells, supporting CR123, 18650, 21700, 26650 and other mainstream models, the slotting depth of the machine is 1.2-2.0mm, the width of 1.1-1.5mm, the accuracy can be up to ± 0.1mm, the equipment mainly adopts a pneumatic drive system, which can be adapted to the air source of more than 0.5MPa, the blade durability of more than 1 million times, the production efficiency of 400 times an hour.
