Product Description:AS-MSK-AFA-W500 is a Large Automatic Film Coater designed for producing films up to 500 mm Width x 1000 mm length. One pair of digital micrometers is included for adjusting film thickness up to 5 mm. It has a unique driving system to produce a smooth coating on all types of materials.

Product Description

AS-MSK-AFA-W500 Wide Width Precision Coater is designed for the production of large-size films and functional coatings. Equipped with a 500mm wide coating head and a precision marble platform (flatness ±2μm), the machine supports traverse speeds of 500-5000mm/min and coating speeds of 2-30mm/s, with a thickness accuracy of ±5μm or 10%. The equipment comes standard with magnetic fixture and residual slurry collection tray, suitable for 550×1100mm substrate fixing, expandable to 650mm wide and 2000mm long Slot-die coating head (optional). Integrated AC220V low-power system and mobile lifting platform, optional 100 ℃ heating hood to realize the integration of coating and drying, to meet the needs of photovoltaic backsheets, flexible electronics and composite materials, laboratory research and development and pilot production.
